• Records, files and maintains permanent records of the proceedings of the District Court
• Works with Civil, Criminal, Probate, Juvenile, Domestic Relations and Small Claims Divisions of Court
• Maintains appearance docket for each case filed
• Processes traffic citations for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Lincoln County Sheriff
• Issues marriage licenses, private process server licenses and closing-out sale licenses
• Registers bail bondsman licenses
• Processes passport applications
• Files victims protective orders
• Issues jury summons' and maintains records of jury service
• Maintains word-for-word transcripts of court proceedings filed by Court Reporter
• Collects fees for licenses and payments for fines and court costs and distributes funds to state agencies
• Held accountable to the Oklahoma Court Administrator's Office, the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Oklahoma State Auditor's Office
