Lincoln County is requesting
feedback from nonprofit organizations across the County. This survey's purpose
is to learn about COVID-19's impact to our community and possible solutions to
that impact ultimately resulting in a strong recovery for the County. Data from
the survey will be used in determining the priorities and needs of the
community that the County is allowed to address under federal guidelines. As a
reminder, these funds are limited, one-time use monies and must comply with
guidance from the U.S. Treasury. Not all proposals will be advanced, and for
awarded projects, payment will be made upon completion of the project only. The
